Except for the matters outlined in this document, all other implied terms, warranties, conditions, and consequences are excluded.

No Mick Sullivan Blinds product is intended to be used as a security product of any form. Mick Sullivan Blinds does not guarantee any level of security from our products, interior or exterior. Nor are any of Mick Sullivan Blinds' products guaranteed to provide 100% light blockage. A qualified representative of the company can advise you on which products will give you the most light blockage, however unless explicitly stated by Mick Sullivan Blinds to be 100% block-out, most products will have a small amount of light that penetrated them, either directly or indirectly.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be made as soon as possible after discovery of the defect and, in any event, within the warranty period. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of payment of the full purchase price by the original purchaser. Mick Sullivan Blinds will determine whether the defect is covered by the Warranty. If the defect is covered, the product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Mick Sullivan Blinds. Cleaning and Care

The surfaces of shutters will collect a layer of dust over time. Normal and regular dusting with a soft damp cloth will remove this build up. If further cleaning is required then wash with mild water and a soft cloth. Ensure the surfaces are dried off with a soft cloth. Chlorine-based cleaners or other cleaners containing organic solvents could affect the surface appearance and long-term durability of the product. At no time should an abrasive be used to clean the shutters.

Please refer to Mick Sullivan Blinds if you have any questions regarding cleaning and care of specific or specialty products.
